How to take GlycoHarmony
The Gist
Shake the bottle, draw one to two full droppers, place the liquid in your mouth and swallow. Take it in the morning, before your first meal, at roughly the same time every day. One bottle is 30 days at the full serving. Give it at least a month before you decide anything, because the median customer who notices a change notices it around day 26.
The serving
One dropper or two?
Two full droppers is the daily serving. One is a reasonable place to start for the first week if you have a sensitive stomach or you simply want to meet the taste gently. Move to two after that; there is no benefit in staying at one indefinitely, and a bottle taken at half serving is a 60-day bottle rather than a 30-day one, which will confuse your reorder timing.
A full dropper means the glass pipette filled to where the liquid stops rising when you release the bulb. It does not mean filled to the top of the glass tube. Squeeze the bulb once, release, and whatever draws up is a dropper.
The routine
Four steps and a habit
- Shake it first. GlycoHarmony is a botanical liquid, and extracts settle between servings. Two seconds of shaking is enough, and skipping it means the last week of the bottle is stronger than the first.
- Draw one to two droppers. Squeeze, release, and the pipette fills. Do not over-squeeze; that is what makes the dropper drip on the counter, which is the one complaint we get about the bottle.
- Take it before your first meal. Liquid in the mouth, swallow. Before breakfast is the timing we recommend, because it is the timing most people can repeat without thinking.
- Do it again tomorrow. Same time, every day. Consistency over six weeks is what matters. A perfectly timed serving four days a week is worse than a rough one every day.
If you miss a day
Take it as normal the following morning. Do not double the serving to make up for it. There is nothing to catch up on and nothing is lost by a single skipped day.
Can I take it at night instead?
You can, and some people do. We recommend the morning for two reasons. The first is practical: a morning routine is the easiest one to keep, and consistency is what this formula depends on. The second is the trace of naturally occurring caffeine in green tea leaf extract, which is small but not nothing if you are sensitive to it after dark. If mornings genuinely do not work for you, take it before your evening meal rather than skipping it, and keep to that time.
About the taste
GlycoHarmony tastes herbal and slightly bitter. That is what gymnema, ginseng and green tea leaf taste like in a liquid, and a formula that tasted of nothing would tell you something was missing from it. Roughly one review in twelve mentions disliking it in the first week, and almost none mention it after that. A glass of water straight after solves it for most people.
Expectations
