Privacy policy
Effective July 2026. Redgate Health, Inc., Portsmouth, NH 03801.
Redgate Health, Inc. runs glycoharmonycaps.com and is the controller of any personal information collected through it. This page describes what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Information you give us
When you place an order you provide a name, a delivery address, an email address and a telephone number. When you email or call support you provide whatever is in that message. That is the complete list of information you hand us directly.
Payment information
We never see your full card number. Payment is handled by a PCI-compliant processor, and what returns to us is an authorisation result and the last four digits, which is what lets us match a refund to an order. No card data is stored on our servers or written down by our staff.
Information collected automatically
Our server keeps standard web logs: IP address, browser and operating system, the pages requested and the time. These are used to keep the site working and to spot abuse. This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling, and it does not sell or share browsing data with data brokers.
Cookies
glycoharmonycaps.com uses only the cookies needed to keep your order moving through checkout. There is no advertising cookie, no cross-site pixel and no consent wall, because there is nothing here that would need one.
What we do with it
Fulfil and ship your order. Answer your questions. Process a refund if you ask for one. Meet the record-keeping we are legally required to keep. Send you one email after delivery asking how it went. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Our shipping carrier receives your name and delivery address, because a parcel cannot arrive without them. Our payment processor receives what it needs to take the payment. Our email provider transmits our messages to you. None of them is permitted to use your details for their own purposes, and we do not sell personal information to anyone for any price.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, which is the retention period our accounting obligations require. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Web server logs are kept for 90 days and then deleted.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] and you can ask for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep, or unsubscribe from the single post-delivery email. We answer within 30 days. If you are a California resident, the rights described in the CCPA apply and this is the address to use.
Children
glycoharmonycaps.com is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. GlycoHarmony is not intended for anyone under 18 either.
Security and changes
The site is served over TLS and access to order records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise. If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page changes with it, and material changes will be flagged on the home page for 30 days.
