Terms of service

These terms govern your use of glycoharmonycaps.com and any order you place through it. Using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

Who you are contracting with

Redgate Health, Inc., a company registered in Portsmouth, NH under registration NH-2019-0448617. We hold the GlycoHarmony trademark and we are the only seller of the product.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract to order from this site, and you must give a delivery address inside the United States.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we email you a shipping confirmation, not when the checkout page loads. We may decline an order, and we will refund it in full if we do, where an address cannot be verified, where the order appears fraudulent, or where a stated price was obviously wrong.

Prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown in full, including any shipping charge, before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order already placed. There is no recurring charge, no subscription and no auto-refill on any GlycoHarmony order.

Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. If an address is entered incorrectly and the parcel is lost as a result, we will help, but a reshipment in those circumstances is at your cost.

Refunds

The 60-day money-back guarantee described in our refund policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in this section limits any statutory right you have under the consumer law of your state.

Health claims and use of the product

GlycoHarmony is a dietary supplement. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Everything published here is general information rather than medical advice. You are responsible for consulting a qualified clinician before adding any supplement to your routine, in particular if you take prescription medication or manage a diagnosed condition.

Intellectual property

The GlycoHarmony name, the label design, the text, photography and code on this site belong to Redgate Health, Inc. or are used under licence. You may not copy, republish or scrape them for commercial use. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine and always has been.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not use it to impersonate us or to resell GlycoHarmony on a marketplace.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Before anything formal, write to [email protected]. Most things that look like disputes are misunderstandings about a date or a tracking number, and they resolve in one email.
